Yes, I work with dental practices across the US. Almost everything is managed remotely, but when it makes sense I'll visit your market to better understand the local landscape and work on projects in person.

The retainer covers the full picture and that's by design. Marketing has a lot of moving parts and when you have a different vendor for each one, no one takes ownership of how it all connects. That's usually where things fall through the cracks.

I work with no more than four practices at a time. That's intentional. It means I'm not spread thin and your practice gets the attention it deserves.
