I keep my client list small on purpose. Four practices max. No layers, no handoffs, no account managers rotating through. Just me, doing the work, partnering with people I genuinely enjoy helping succeed.

That's how Kindred Pixel was born. Not from a business plan, but from seeing firsthand how dental practices get sold marketing that doesn't actually serve them. I built this around a simple idea. One person who knows your practice, manages everything under one roof, and builds systems that belong to you.

I'd spent over 14 years leading marketing for multi-location brands. I'd built departments from scratch, managed millions in ad spend, and fixed the exact problems she was dealing with. So when she asked if I'd be open to helping, I thought about it for a weekend and said let's do it.

She runs a multi-location dental practice in Florida. Business was growing, a third location was on the way, and she needed marketing help. The proposal she got back was a hefty monthly fee just to run Google and Meta ads. No SEO. No listings management. No attention to the dozen other things that were broken. And they wanted to run everything on their own ad accounts instead of hers.

Kindred Pixel started because I watched my sister-in-law almost sign a deal that didn't sit right with me.
