How It Works

When we start working together, I spend a week on site at your dental practice learning your operations. Then I do a full review of everything that touches your marketing. Your website, your listings, your ad accounts, your lead flow, your front desk follow-up. I look at what's working, what's broken, and what's missing. Most practices I've worked with have had things slipping through the cracks that nobody caught because no one was looking at the full picture.

The Audit

Based on what I find, I put the systems in place. That might mean fixing your local listings, setting up proper tracking, launching ad campaigns, cleaning up your online presence, or restructuring how leads get to your front desk. Everything I build belongs to your practice, not to me.

The Build

Once the foundation is set, I manage and optimize everything on an ongoing basis. Ads get refined, listings stay current, your website stays healthy, and I keep an eye on the numbers so we know what's working. But it doesn't stop there. As your practice grows, we explore new opportunities together. That might mean testing new ad formats, launching a direct mail campaign, coordinating a professional photo shoot, refreshing your brand, or building out patient communication systems. The work evolves as your practice does. You get one person who knows your business inside and out and grows with you.
